Despite what people are saying; I am whatever I accept I am, and so are you.
Regardless to the symbolic expressions one may use to express his/her idea of you; it is your acceptance that hinges your belief. When a family member regards you as a disgust; a co-worker regards you as useless; or when others say you’re stupid… Realize that you don’t have to accept those things as true! And please don let it be you who ridicules yourself without understanding nor mercy.

Take Time To Reflect
Considering my personal encounters, I allow myself a reflection period. I take the time needed to position my feelings aside from the facts. During this time, I define myself and my actions according to my intentions and circumstances.
As I further reflect, I use some time to remind myself that the actions of others are controlled by those who do the acting. Some may be unaware they have offended you; others don’t care. If you feel it necessary, speak up about the behavior you find distasteful but at all cost remember, you can not control others! After all, it’s a selfish, illusive, manipulative, narcissistic, dangerously scary effort!
Also, if I realize my actions have been faulty, I accept my errors and act accordingly. Mistakes are a part of life, accept the lesson and move forward in greater knowledge; towards a greater self. I accept by the proof of existence that I am no less than divinity. I do my best, and I am increasingly greater at my best the more I accept that I am what I make of myself.
