How To Stop Joint Pain & Muscle Soreness At Home.

Continue reading to learn how to help manage un-punctured body pain.

Before proceeding, allow me to highlight, “I Am No Medical Doctor; I live and learn. I share the anecdotal lessons from my personal experiences and/or the experience of the good people I trust and know personally.

You Will Need: Pure Essential Peppermint Oil; Turmeric Oil; Olive Oil, Coconut Oil  in order to make a balm. Or, Simply Purchase Dr. Bronner’s Arnica-Menthol Magic Balm. 2 oz. Organic Massaging Balm for Sore Muscles and Respiratory Relief

Fill a small mason jar with about a cup of coconut oil and a teaspoon of olive oil. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave stirring every 45 seconds until completely melted; or place the jar in a small pot of boiling water until the oil is completely melted. Combine a teaspoon of peppermint oil, a teaspoon of turmeric oil into the coconut and olive oil mix. Lastly, let the mixture cure and massage topically to painful areas.

If using Dr. Bronner’s Arnica-Menthol Magic Balm. 2 oz. Organic Massaging Balm for Sore Muscles and Respiratory Relief simply follow the recommended instructions or apply moderately to affected area.
Enjoy the relief and apply as needed. Be sure to seek medical treatment for unexplained non settling pain.
